Who are you?

Denter Clothing (also trading as”Denter” and “Dent Cloth“) was established in 2019 by Founder, Lead Designer, and Sole Proprietor: David Venter – a South African Artist, Content Creator, Designer, and Entrepreneur with a passion for fashion. 

We are a Premium Graphic Print and Embroidery clothing brand with an eco-friendly focus on sustainability and climate impact. Visit our About Us page to learn more.

Where are you located?

Our lead designer is based in Johannesburg, South Africa, with contributors from the Americas and Europe. The design process takes place remotely. Artwork and patterns are then transferred to our manufacturing partner in California, USA. 

Where do you ship from?

Denter Clothing is shipped out from one of our manufacturing partner’s fulfillment centers, depending on where an order originates from. We have fulfillment centers in the USA, Canada, Latvia, Spain, the UK, Australia, Japan, and Brazil. Your order will ship from the nearest fulfillment center where base product and fabric stock is available. 

Do you ship Internationally?

Our products ship Internationally, unless otherwise indicated on the product’s page. We partner with global carriers to offer a wide range of fast and affordable shipping options. Please view our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

What is shipping with CO2 offsetting?

CO2 offsetting is a practice of funding projects that reduce or absorb CO2 emissions related to personal or business activities.

CO2 dioxide is the most common greenhouse gas that comes from burning fossil fuels, manufacturing, agriculture, and other economic activities, contributing to global warming. There are other gases responsible for climate change, however, for the ease of calculations, they’re all quantified in one single metric called CO2 emissions.

During checkout, we offer an optional CO2 shipping option – We have partnered with Native to give you the option to offset all CO2 emissions associated with your order.

Profit from this shipping method will be used to fund projects around the world that reduce carbon emissions. By choosing this option, you will offset the average emissions associated with product manufacturing, fulfillment, shipping, and expected product care.

Do you cover customs duties on International orders?

We are not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown during the checkout process. Please consult your local TAX office to find out if you’ll be required to pay for any additional fees related to import or customs duties.

How long is turnaround time?

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! Visit our Sustainability page to learn more.

We take about 2-7 business days to process orders. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Please view our Shipping Tables for more information. 

How do you process online payments?

We do not collect or store sensitive payment information on our website. Payments are processed through PayPal to our verified business account offering buyer protection. You do not need an existing PayPal account in order to place an order as credit and debit card payments are also accepted. Upon checkout, you will be directed to PayPal’s secure online payment gateway. Once payment is complete, you will be directed back to our website for order confirmation. Your payment details are never revealed to us.

Can I pay in my own currency?

PayPal will automatically convert your currency and display the total to you in your local currency before you make a payment. PayPal is available in over 200 countries and supports over 20 different currencies. 

How do I track my order?

Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number by email. The tracking number will also be available in your Account Dashboard on our website. 

Do you offer refunds?

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse and we do not offer size exchanges. If you’ve ordered the wrong size, a new order would need to be placed, at your expense. Please view our product size charts before placing your order! For issues related to misprinted/damaged items, unclaimed orders or orders delivered to the wrong address, please view our Return Policy.
